On the drive down there it was snowing hard. I took the picture so you could see how deep the snow is in March...almost covering the sign.

The little hotel rooms we stayed in.

Austin eating (the wrong part) of his banana.

The town of Seward...

Sea Life Center views of the ocean and mountains.

Nate's parents came to visit last week and we had a wonderful time with them. We took them down to Seward at the end of the week, which is a little over 2 hours South of here. It was fun to see something new in Alaska, and good to get away from home for a night. We went to the Sea Life Center which is located right next to the Ocean. It had beautiful views and beautiful sea life. Thanks for coming!

Seward is one of my favorite places to go during the summer. The smells of the ocean, the bustle of fisherman and their boats coming and going, and seeing the big cruise ships tied up.
The drive down is beautiful, but taking the train down, affords breathtaking veiws of mountains and gorges.
We have friends with a big boat, and we have been out with them to fish, and we limited out on everything but Halibut.
Brought back a barrel full of fish.
Wow, how fun! Glad you guys had a good time.
Those pictures are so pretty and Austin is very cute :)
We had a great time. Thanks for sharing your pictures. Pat and Dave
